She oversaw everything from simple auto negligence claims to complex products liability, medical malpractice, real estate and business disputes. Due to her prior experience, Kasey now excels in ensuring attorney and firm compliance with the rules of civil procedure and local court rules in various jurisdiction. Kasey learned the ropes of civil law practice during a pivotal time when firms were transferring from hard copy filing to mandatory filing. As a litigation support specialist since 2019, Ms. Krummel continues to assist attorneys and their law firms by drafting and filing complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs. Some of her work includes not only the preparation and prosecution of civil claims, but also more tedious assignments. For example, Ms. Krummel was tasked with redacting privileged and confidential information from millions of pages of discovery and creating corresponding privilege logs for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics (OSBN) during its massive opioid litigation, which eventually settled.
Kasey moved to Nevada in 2022 and has continued to provide confidential support services both to local firms and to her colleagues in other states. Ms. Krummel’s interests since her early youth include playing piano and boxing, where she also enjoys her role as an advocate and is able to connect members of her community with legal services.
